In a Heart Space session, I will teach you how to create a Heart connection to your animals and how to communicate with them to create a special bond,  building trust and rapport .

Using Meditation and Mindfulness techniques you will become completely present with your animals , allowing your animal to relax completely and enjoy their connection to you.

With practice, these simple techniques will create a state of harmony and balance in your animal and their response to you will soften as they look to you and your improved vibration, to feel good!

A happy animal will remain in good health both mentally and physically as their minds and bodies enjoy and thrive in true  alignment.
